Spicy Chipotle Chilli Chicken Pittas

These bad boys are immense. I may be blowing my own trumpet ever so slightly here but I have just eaten these and I could have hugged myself they were that scrumptious! Get your pittas out ladies and gents and get your pans on…it’s time for some yums!


  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 small jar of spicy chipotle paste
  • 1-2 tbsps ground coriander
  • 1-2 tbsps cumin
  • 1/2 lime
  • Handful fresh coriander
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • Wholemeal pitta breads

Cooking Instructions

Pretty simple method on this one:

  • Dice your chicken and sweet peppers – fry in coconut oil
  • throw in all your spices, lime and coriander.
  • Cook until the chicken is done.
  • Throw it in a couple of wholemeal pittas
