Quick Thai Green Curry

Thai green curry in 15 minutes anyone?? I did mine today with cod, but you can use chicken, beef, pork, veg, tofu, whatever you like! Treat yourself to a quick mental trip to the Far East with this belter of a dish!


  • Your choice of meat or fish.
  • Red/green chilli
  • Sweet peppers
  • Mange tout (sugar snap peas)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Lime leaves
  • Coconut milk – 400ml
  • Thai green curry paste

Cooking Instructions

  • Rice on the boil.
  • Wok on. Coconut milk in.
  • Chop up red chili, peppers, mangetout, garlic, ginger, lime leaves. Get them in the pan.

Add 2 tbsp green curry paste and your meat or fish. Let this summer away for 10 mins. That’s it! Now plate up, shove all that delicious grub in between your chops, and bloody well enjoy it.
