Only a handful of ingredients, a tiny amount of preparation, and it is all served within 15 minutes of getting out your chopping board. On top of that you have healthy pasta that will provide you with bags of energy, beautiful prawns giving you a whopper of a protein punch, and your butter and avocado giving you some healthy fats.
