Omelette Cupcakes – a Great Morning Filler On The Go

Often caught with little time to make breakfast? Or get hungry around brunch time? These omelette cupcakes are simple, delicious, and perfect for on the go. Just get them bloody cooked! Delicious little bastards.

Once these are baked, you can easily pop them out of the tray and they provide a really delicious bite-sized morning treat. Ideal for anyone with little time before leaving for work, and also great for sharing amongst the family to see them through the day with a healthy snack in their pocket.


  • 4 eggs
  • a splash of milk
  • salt & pepper
  • veg & herbs of your choice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Whisk up your eggs with the milk and season that little bastard mixture!
  2. Pour this into 6 compartments of a non-stick cupcake baking tray along with a mixture of your favourite veggies and herbs.
  3. Pop in the oven at about 190 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
