Fish and chips. The English classic! Who doesn’t love it? I certainly do and I have no problem with eating a huge portion of it for a cheat meal every once in a while, but it is also great to have some fakeaway alternatives so that you can have a healthy version and not feel guilty for one single second. Get in there!
All you need is:
Simply season your fish with salt & pepper, dip each piece in the egg so it is nice and covered, and finally sprinkle the breadcrumbs over to give it a good coating. Fry these in coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium heat until cooked through.
