Why do you need them in your diet?
Being a massive fan of Asian cooking, I recently tried buckwheat noodles after my usual visit to my favourite Asian supermarket. They pack in protein by the bucket load and can be used in soups, salads, or in my case, I used them in a lovely stir fry.
They have become part of my regular diet and with a trip to Japan looming ever closer for me, I have a feeling I will be seeing a lot more of this slippery super food. And I am more than happy about that!
